Our long-standing relationships with UPS FedEx DHL and other carriers around the world gives us the ability to provide a range of shipping services. Our warehouse staff are trained to pack your goods exactly according to the specifications we offer. Your products will be subjected to a thorough examination and will be safely packaged prior to being sent out. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers daily across different countries. The fact that we're determined to become the largest online retailer in the world is clear. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses located in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a specific processing time depending on the specific product.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Currently, most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3-7 working days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. You may not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is for 30 days. We will not replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
